If I was to put a cheque into the bank tomorrow, would I be able to withdraw the money on Saturday?

Usually when I put a cheque in, I'm able to use the cash two working days later, for example, if I was to put a cheque in on a Monday, I can use the money on a Wednesday. Will I be able to use the money on Saturday?
