Is it possible to meet my friend in the airport hotel?

I am Indian planning to meet my friend in London. I cannot get visa. I am planning to travel from Qatar by British Airways without visa, stay in Airport hotel, meet my friend and come back in the next day or next return flight as per convenience. I am not going outside the Airport. He is British passport holder. Is it possible for him to come to my hotel room in the Airport? Will the airline or departure airport immigration allow me to travel like this?
