Bladder infection meds not working, now abdominal pain? ?

So I have a bladder infection that started last tuesday, I went to the doctors on friday and my doctor said it was a bladder infection because I have white blood cells in my urine. He prescibed my avelox for 7 days. Its now Wednesday and the infection is still there, still annoying and having to pee every 2 min. But now I have adominal pain to go with it! So my question is, do you think this is a bladdrr infection or somthing else? I don't have medical insurance and my husband just lost his job so I realllly can't go back to the doctor. Please help :(
