Does Robert Langevin give private lessons?

If so, how much could I expect to pay per hour for flute lessons? If not, are there any other flute professors or orchestra players in New York that are as qualified to give lessons as Langevin? I can only imagine how expensive it would be, but if I have to choose between QUALITY lessons, and food/water/shower/shelter/clothes/shoes, I would be willing to starve halfway to death to catch up to my competition. I have an idea of how difficult it was to get a job in music, because both my aunt and uncle have a Masters in saxophone performance from Berkely, and play extreeemmmmly well, but could not book a good job in music and had to struggle. But sometimes, you have to sacrifice basic human needs to reach your goals, and I am SO READY to do that, because unfortunately I don't have the convenience of a financially stable household.
