Not just argon, you can add all of the inert gases and several more elements. Did it occur to you to simply look up a table of electron affinities? Go here, a href="http://www.ptable.com/" rel="nofollow"http://www.ptable.com//a click on the properties tab and the place a dot in the "electron affinity" button, then scan the periodic table with your mouse pointer. Amazing what a bit of work on your own can accomplish.
