How early can you show signs of pregancy?

My brother and his girlfriend had sex last wednesday and he said she said she feels sick.I have a baby but I was on my period for 2months and didn't know I was pregnant.is it possible that my brothers girlfriend is pregnant?how early does someone show signs that they might be pregnant?I know I should know this answer but I didn't have any signs that I was.thanks for your help.
