Is it just a coincidence that I dreamt of my terminally ill neighbor the night he died without knowing he died?

This past week I was on vacation with my family outside of the country. I wasn't able to bring my phone with me because of international charges so I had no way of receiving information from friends or family at home about anything that was going on. On the Thursday night while on vacation, I had a dream of my terminally ill neighbor passing me on the street who then told me that he wanted to come over one night & spend some time with my family. I returned from vacation the next Tuesday and the next Wednesday I received news that my terminally ill neighbor had died that Thursday that i dreamt of him .. Is this just a coincidence or does it mean something that he was in my dream?
