Why does my washer stop at the final rinse?

I have fridgidaire affinity washer is about 19 months old. Lately, it has been stopping in the middle of the cycle, right around the time of the final rinse and spin. Any idea what the problem is? Is it something we can fix on our own or will we need to call a person in?
