Very simple, Karma WILL hit him overseas and he'll remember you when it does. As for you, you need to try and get distracted from your old daily activities that you two used to do and see if doing new things might help you out. Its going to take awhile, why beat around the bush, to heal and "really" get over this guy who obviously doesn't know a good thing when it comes around.
