Which condo would you choose?

My husband and I are trying to decide between 2 condos to bid on. One has more space, (2 levels) better amenities, e.g., 2 parking spaces, laundry and storage in basement, etc. but is in a not so great part of the building, main drag…noisy, etc. The other is smaller (1 level), but is in a better location in the building, quieter and also a better location in terms of area as well but only has 1 parking space, no storage in the basement and you have to go outside to get to the laundry room, it is also $25,000 less than the larger unit, and a little less in taxes and fees as well; which is nice. I guess it’s a matter of location (investment) versus having more luxuries (convenience.) Which would you go for?
